BUILT FOR REAL LIFE. ESPECIALLY LIFE WITH ADHD.

Decluttering shouldn't feel impossible

If you’ve tried everything and still feel stuck, I want to let you in on a secret: It’s not you. It’s the advice you’ve been given.

Most decluttering strategies haven’t been built for ADHD brains, but mine is. Start by finding your Flame and get a clear plan that works with the way you think.

Decluttering Feels Hard? Let’s Make It Easier!

Every week, I send one simple idea—a bit of decluttering advice with no pressure attached. I also share personal stories you won’t see anywhere else, because we’re in this together.

What's your decluttering personality?

Not everyone declutters the same way. Take the Four Flames Quiz to understand how you approach clutter so you can stop spinning out and finally move forward with confidence.

Why I Created Simply Tidy Living, and How I Know It Will Work For You

Photo of Krys, who is a woman with shoulder-length dark brown hair, medium brown eyes, olive skin, and a wide smile. She is wearing a navy blue sweater and has a peacock blue necklace on, with matching glasses that are pushed up on the top of her head.

Hi! I’m Krys, and I’ve tried all the advice. (“Hi, Krys.”)
I’ve sorted, donated, bought more, sorted again, tried to organize.
Still ended up surrounded by stuff I couldn’t manage and didn’t know how to let go of.

The problem wasn’t that I didn’t try hard enough. The advice I was following just didn’t fit the way my brain works.

Most decluttering systems weren’t built for ADHD brains.
So I created something that is.

Simply Tidy Living is built on two things: your Flame (how you naturally approach clutter)
and the SHINE System (a step-by-step method that offers structure without locking you into something rigid).

It worked for me because it gave me a way to move forward that made sense to my brain.
It’s designed to meet you where you are—
and to keep up when your brain yells “Plot Twist!”
